Important Announcements – March 25, 2025:

Dr. Frost is completely retired from his rest and nursing home practice March 28, 2025. Your medical records from when Dr. Frost saw you are maintained by the facility you reside at. Do not contact Dr. Frost for records, as he is not the custodian of your records- your rest/nursing home facility has your records.

Dr. Frost’s rest/nursing home practice is closed. There is not another practice that is taking over his practice. All patients were mailed notification of Dr. Frost’s retirement in January 2025. If you need dermatologic care at your facility, there is another dermatology practice that will start seeing patients at the same facilities Dr. Frost went to beginning April 1, 2025. Contact Dr. Hanke’s office at 317-660-4900. You can find out more about their practice at thelassi.com

If you saw Dr. Frost in his office practice before it closed June 30, 2020,  Dawes-Fretzin Dermatology has your medical records from Dr. Frost’s office practice. They will maintain your records for 7 years from your last visit with Dr. Frost. Contact their office at 317-516-5000 or fax 317-516-5001 or website: dawesfretzin.com

No prescription requests, called in or electronic, will be filled, as the office is closed permanently. Dawes-Fretzin Dermatology or Dr. Hanke’s office will not be renewing prescriptions unless you have seen one of their providers first.

No medical advice or treatment will be provided after March 28, 2025. Please contact your new provider. Dr. Frost is retired from his office practice.

Dr. Frost retired June 30, 2020. He is thankful for all the wonderful patients he has had the honor to treat over the last 37 years. Find his announcement HERE.
