We are taking many measures to help ensure your safety, while at the same time help address your medical needs. To limit the spread of this virus, we need to limit the exposure of those with the virus to others. If you are not feeling well (fever, cough, shortness of breath), have been exposed to someone who has Coronavirus, or have travel to an area with a Coronavirus outbreak in the last 14 days, do not come to the office. Call us to see if we can meet your needs with a telemedicine visit or if not, to reschedule your appointment when you are better.
- It is recommended that patients who are at risk for complications from the Coronavirus to minimize interactions with other people. If your appointment is for a routine checkup, and do not have any specific concerns, please consider rescheduling your appointment to a later date.
- Many visits will require an in-person evaluation by Dr. Frost in the office. If you come to the office for your visit, we are offering the option of waiting in your car, rather than in the waiting room, to minimize exposure to others. Call us when you arrive, and we will call you when it is time to come in to complete any needed paperwork and see Dr. Frost.
- Per CDC and American Academy of Dermatology recommendations, we will be cleaning key surfaces after each patient visit, and more extensive disinfecting of the office at the end of each day. Dr. Frost and staff are using hand sanitizers before and after each visit, and during your exam as appropriate. Doctor Frost and his staff will be wearing masks during your visit, as recommended by the CDC. Patients are encouraged to wear a mask or other face covering if available Staff has been instructed to not come to work if not feeling well.
